I have done that once months ago and still waiting on that supervisor call. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told would have to leave a message to speak to a supervisor. The customer service person told me I would have to reorder on a different credit card, and the black I wanted was no longer available.

It will take another THREE WEEKS for my refund to get to me, because the amount is more than $1000. I spoke with yet another QVC agent today who, unsurprisingly, told me yet something else different. It does not appear that QVC employees know how QVC procedures work. Every agent I did manage to speak with told me something different than the other agents. Still have not received a return call from that person. Tried calling the number back but not a number that takes calls. Supervisor left a message saying she could help me, but was leaving for the day and would call me back. I could not answer the call as I was at work in a meeting. I asked for a supervisor, was transferred and had to leave a message.ġ2. The agent said nothing had been shipped and would not be shipped for at least 12 days AFTER receipt of the returned set. Because of the foolishness I’d already been through, I called to find out if something was indeed on the way to me. I thought they were sending a replacement. The day after the set was picked up, the order status changed to “shipped on ”. During events 5-10, when checking my online info for this purchase my order status was “return pending”. 3 days later XPO called to set up pickup. I was assured someone would call me back to schedule. Also, they have to get info from QVC and cannot schedule anything with me until that info is received.

Their system showed everything was completed for me and they had NO additional information regarding the return of the mattress set. Was told I had to call to set up the pickup.
